2 days before my surgery and I get a double ear infection! Interesting weekend! Thank god my surgeon said we are still on for Monday

I cried too when my surgeons office called me!!!

Welcome both! We all have mixed emotions which is completely normal I am on my 3rd day of my 2 week pre-op diet surgery on May 20th lets do this!

I blamed my self too but the sleeve its just a tool, look at all the effort we have to do for the rest of our life's (pre-op and post op). This is not a tummy tuck or lipo. I guess I would feel more like a "looser" if I don't have the surgery. I am just tired of being fat I walk and its like a marathon I need energy! I want to take a picture without hiding, I want to enjoy life I am ready May 20th

Omg! I feel the same way! I am nervous, exited, scared etc etc However we are only getting older! And heavier I am terrified of the complications! However I believe its time we do something for US! We deserve it its been a long journey. Lets think of May 2014! we will have a totally different opinion! This surgery will give us a healthier life and improve our quality of life. Post op sleeve patients always say "its the best thing they've done".
