I'm so scared to eat anything right now because I hate the feeling I had when I ate the mashed potatoes. My chest and back hurt and it was an air bubble I guess. Going to try tuna tomorrow maybe???? Ugh I'm getting frustrated with not being able to eat soft solids.

I'm 2 weeks out and I'm a little upset. No weight loss this week. I'm still at 214 but I think I'm bloated about to start period. Still eating every 3 to 4 hours and drinking my Protein. My clothes are fitting very big. I'm obsessed on weighing myself!!

I'm out 3 weeks this wednesday and my period is coming and I can tell I want to munch more than normal. Is this normal?? Even though I can't eat that much, I'm eating like every 3 to 4 hours. I'm afraid I'm over eating??? Help

Had a first rough day back to work. Was able to drink 1 Protein Drink and my crystal light all day. I did amazing. I ate my Tomato Soup and my smashed Beans.< /p>

No!!! Never again drink soda. It will stretch your pouch. Sodas are no more with the gastric surgery.

You look amazing!!!

What really?? That's weird but I guess every doctor is different. The Protein Shakes are to help the stomach heal from what they told me and to give me energy because if not you will feel really tired.
-
Yes its normal. Get up and walk when you feel that gas bubble and drink your Protein Shake that will take you're hunger away or your chicken broth.< /p>

Yes it is. But did they give you morphine at the hospital? I didn't feel any pain until I got home. I just felt sore a little. Hang in there girlie.

Praying for you right now.

I'm the same way I've upped my Protein Shakes and don't forget to take your multi Vitamin as well and it helps that tiredness. I was the same way.

I really thought I would go back in less than a week but no you need atleast a good full week to 2 weeks. I go back to work monday and next wednesday would be 2 weeks from my surgery. You need time to heal and regroup and learn the drinks and your intake, because its truly a Huge life change.

I'm not an ice cream nut either but when its that time of the month I love me some rocky road. But obviously that has marshmallows and almonds so that's out for now. But maybe like sugar free orange sherbert.
