ktmac26 got a reaction from Sherriews@yahoo.com in Post op march sleevers
I was sleeved march 19. In the first two weeks I lost 21 pounds. I haven't lost anymore yet, but I've slowly introduced the puréed foods and have been doing cardio so I can tell I am losing inches. I'm hoping to see more poundage loss soon. Maybe I'm eating the wrong things. I currently get about 80 grams of Protein a day but maybe should start watching my caloric and fat intake as well. The first 20 pounds literally fell off I was hoping the rest would as well, guess it'll be a little more work! Ugh. Pain is beauty, right?!
    Good luck everyone!!

You gotta remember why you chose to have the surgery, and why would you already start to sabotage yourself. What works for me is I have a pair of short on my bedroom door that are my goal size. Every morning I see them and every night I see them. That helps me!

ktmac26 got a reaction from wommers in Does swallowing get easier?
My surgery was March 19th, I've recently started introducing yogurt and other puréed food into my diet and it hurts to swallow sometimes. It's the same feeling as when you drink a soda too fast and it feels like it gets "stuck". Does this get better as recovery proceeds? Any suggestions?
