    This pre-op diet is a lot harder than I imagined! I can do this!

      Oh my god, so sorry I've only just seen these. Thank you everyone, I've stuck to it, not cheated so I'm pretty happy haha. Not long till my operation now so just looking forward:) They're allowing me, 4x low fat soup, 4x low fat yoghurts and a pint of milk. It is hard but I found the week after was a lot easier.You can do it @JenW~79 :)

      I've been approved but now I have to wait until I can see my surgeon which wont be for roughly 2 months so I'm just confused as to what I'm supposed to do until then x
