    Good protein shake

Each 8oz serving of our meal replacement is fortified with 28 grams of medical-grade whey protein, complex carbohydrates, dietary Fiber, essential fatty acids, and 23 Vitamins and minerals. It can be used as a healthy alternative to Breakfast, a midday snack, or a smart way to indulge a late-night craving. sleep study

Its really not that big of a deal, with or without braids. Ive done sleep studies for over 7 yrs and had every hair type imagineable. Its not glue we use to keep electrodes on, its just paste and best way to get it out of your hair is use the warmest Water you can handle then shampoo, dont shampoo first.
