Hey.. I'm not sure of the product you are taking (I live on the other side of the world and have never heard of it) but Make sure its not zinc oxide in your zinc supplements (we are lucky to absorb 5% of the amount). The best supplement is when there is a mix of zinc aspartate and zinc orotate. I take a supplement that has 50mg of aspartate and 25mg of the other one and that maintains my zinc levels fine.

With my lapband the anaesthetist screwed up and I woke up on the operating table as they were finishing up. So painful! and I keep having dreams about it with my revision surgery in 3 weeks! So did you with Lopez wake up in a normal bed a few hours later? haha x

oh wow thank you for that. I am actually flying out from New Zealand! So I have sort of that long a flight to get there (going via London)! 24 hours + 12 hours (yuk!) That's really helpful though thank you so much, I was worried reading about blood clots etc but sounds ok if I just keep moving!

Don't care about food? Is that common? That's what I'm hoping for!

Yep I won't give it up. My Nz surgeon thinks its for me.

I am due for surgery in a month ish and I hve a wedding 2 weeks after. My poison has always been vodka and tap water - so no fizz. Is that going to kill me??

How was your flight home? Did u have to do anything special? I have 12 hours back to London after my revision! Would love tips to make it easier! X

Oh finally hearing other people that have had him! I am going April 24 but was starting to freak if been scammed as I hadn't heard from anyone else that had him! I am having revision surgery as had the worst dream about it last night! Eek

Sherri3388 I am in exactly the same boat as you! Plus I have a crapband too and it hasn't worked at all! I need the hormones cut off to my brain! I have to workout 1.5 hours a day and eat super healthy only to maintain a bmi of 30. Suuuuucks.
