Hi, got your message from my blog, thanks for the compliment. You are doing great so far too. Just do be careful about eating if you feel too tight, I had a slip once and did not know what I did wrong, but my doc said he thought I was eating too big of bites and I was too tight too, had to do a re-do surgery for the slip.
