March 26 th was my date and so far no to much to be unhappy with. I have lost 22 lbs. I cant wait to take this wild ride in my new found life. It is so wonderful to have support group to caht with.... -

I am one week out.. Just started purree food!! So weird and scary all at the same time. Today i drank my protein shake in am and broclii soup cor lunches... Went for a mile walk this morning.... I am down 20lbs!!!! -

I'm one week from right now at this exact time. Today I am sstarting stage 2 liquids. Made me a scramble egg with cheese.. Praying it does ok. Walking a mile a day.
