  2. I'm just ensuring I only eat at meal times and obviously very small amounts. Plenty of fluids In between and strictly no alcohol !! To be honest I'm never hungry and get full very quickly so my sleeve works very well for me Sent from my iPhone using VST

  8. I'm now 6 weeks post op and I've lost 52 lb including pre op diet. I've had dehydration for a week but feeling much better now. I'm thrilled with the loss and can't wait for the next 6 weeks to see how much I loose !!! I love my sleeve !! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  9. The hospital has told me to go back to liquid diet for couple of days as I could simply be dehydrated ! I will give it a go and hope it helps Sent from my iPhone using VST
  10. My op was march 15 th. I'm 26 lbs down and thrilled. I feel more confident all ready and I've dropped at least 1 dress size. Still got long way to go but so far so good. The only problem I have is fatigue and not drinking enough water. But small price to pay for feeling better about my size. Sent from my iPhone using VST
  11. Sounds like scar tissue to me. I had the same pain about 4 weeks in. I too can only eat small amount so have been advised to eat little and often. Remember if your are not eating enough calories you won't loose hence why the little and often works. Good luck with it all
  12. I had my gallbladder removed 10 yrs ago and never looked back. I can still remember that pain of the stones. Honestly it's not much different to sleeve surgery and you will never look back. Good luck
  13. Thanks all. I didn't feel too bad until now. I'm just 5 weeks and its only been the last couple of days I've been this way. The dr said my iron is ok so may try the multi vits. It will get better I know but at the moment it's horrible !
  14. Thank you I am at work but not take any vitamins or iron so was thinking about that. Will give them a try
  15. Hi I'm 5 weeks post op and I've lost 2st now in that time. I'm just so tired and have no energy. Has anyone else had this or now any good remedies ? Apart from that I feel great and so pleased with how things are going. Any ideas welcome. Thanks
  16. I had my sleeve on 15th. I'm feeling really good infact I'm going back to work on Monday 25th. So far I've lost 8lbs which is brilliant. The best news for me is I'm not hungry !!!! So far loving this new life and I hope it can only get better. At my pre op on 13th feb I was 143 kg I'm now only 131 kg.
