  1. I have given up alcohol completely as its empty calories. The aim of the sleeve is weight loss and drinking wont help. It all depends on how serious you are about loosing weight. That's just my opinion but I really don't think you should be drinking that much so soon after surgery regardless of what it is. Good luck with the weight loss.
  2. I'm suffering with a sickness bug and I feel drained ! I've put myself on fluids only today and I think tomorrow too. My poor stomach has been through enough !!

  5. These jeans fit me before my op on 15th march. Intact I wore them to go into hospital !! I'm now 6 stone lighter (84 lb for my American friends). I feel so much better I'm happy happy. Still want to loose another 5 stone but hey I'm sure I will. I love my sleeve
  6. Been to the hospital for my appointment today. Im eating well and feeling really well. The best is I've now list 38.6% of my excess body weight and my bmi has gone down from 54 to 42 !!!! I'm amazed at this. I'm so happy
  7. I will post more in another 12 weeks !! I love looking back but it does upset me that I got so big.

  10. It's very natural to regret it so soon after without complications but if you have had some that much amplify the feelings. It does get better and life gets easier. Stick with it and don't be so hard on yourself. You need to rest and drink /eat what you can when you can until your body heals. Good luck and I hope you are better soon x
  11. I'm so happy. I have not only lost loads of weight but I've lost 6 inches from my hips and 6 inches from my waist. I love going walking now and taking my young kids to the park. Life is fantastic !

  13. I had a bit of fried rice and curry from the Chinese on Saturday and oh my gosh I was in pain. Has anyone else had this. Or does anyone know what it was so I can keep away. Thanks x Sent from my iPhone using VST
  14. I'm also on a slow week so it must be normal. Never compare as every has different starting weights and all different sizes ages etc. the main thing is we are all working at it and have a common end goal. To be thinner !!!!   16. I'm now 8 weeks post op and after a brilliant start my weight has stayed the same for a week. I've list 55lb now but it's just stopped coming off. I'm so upset and wondered has anyone else had this problem and how do I kick start it again. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using VST
