Type " 3 week stall" in the search and read about so many people having them

Stalls are very normal. I stopped losing weight after my one week post op check... I was stalled for 2 weeks. Then It started moving again. I am 4 weeks out today. At one wee was down 14... nothing at two or three then from three to 4 I lost 6 so I am now at 20 down. It will come. Tour body is just adjusting and going into starvation mode. It will come around. Just stay on track

I was sleeved on March 5th and lost 14 pounds at my one week post op visit however have not lost anything in the past two weeks. I get my Water in as well as my orotein but nothing. What am I doing wrong? Will it come?

Does sound like dehydration. Are you drinking enough?

My surgeon only had us on all liquids for 3 days post op. Then from day 3-6 you were allowed yogurt, hot cereals and no sugar added applesauce. Thwn from day 7 to 49 its soft foods. I see on here a lot how people can't eat soft foods for a while. Funny how different surgeons are

I had the sleeve done on March 5th. With the one week liquid diet before surgery and one week after surgery I lost 14 pounds. However I have only lost 1 pound in the past week. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? I get all my liquids in and can eat soft foods. Mostly fish, green Beans, yogart and oatmeals are my food intake. Thoughts?

I had mine done on 3/05. My tap Water HURT so bad so my sister had me get bottled water and that was so much easier. Warm or room temp water was best. There was something in my hard water that my stomach didn't agree with. I was only getting about 20pz a day in until I went to filtered water. Now I am able to get in about 40-50oz daily. Small sips aee easier than gulping. Take your mouth full but take about 5 swallows to get it all down.

It is so sad, some peopkes perception. This is suppose to be a support group. Most every one did the surgery to better their life and health. Myself included. I had the personal trainer and lost the weight on my own.. however due to multiple herniated discs I was no longer able to exercise without extreme pain. On top of that I developed a sever case of Psuedotumor cerebri and risked going blind if I did not have the surgery. It was not an easy decision. .. but yet one I had to make. It is not easy... will not be easy and none of this was done thinking it was a quick fix. Shame on you for being so negative when people on here need support and positive encouragement.
