My work has a gym, but over crowded, so on my breaks I go for walks outside. I think it is a lot easier working out after work because like you said, once you're comfy, you don't wanna.

Costco and Sam's club have pre mixed protein shakes that are really good the brand is Premier Protein. I put them in the freezer for 1 hr and its a yummy shake! Nectar is good too!

Missjessica, Have you tried Moringa? I am preop so I haven't experienced my hair falling out, but I hear its great for hair loss. It's what I'm going to try- Already bought it off amazon.

I went back to work after 4 weeks after having a c-section. I plan on only taking off 1-2 weeks before going back--I also have an easy desk job, so that helps.

When I went to get mine they said 5-7 weeks, but it came in 2! I didn't even have to expedite it.

I would ask your doctor. I know that I had to wait 12 months before I could donate blood, but that may be completely different.

Has anyone heard anything on Celexa? I'm also on a seizure medication that is not suppose to be cut or crushed. Will I be able to still take them?
