Tomorrow is the day..... Pre op diet starts! As I'm sitting here watching TV with my 2 year old and snacking I'm thinking this is gonna be the LAST time I'm gonna be doing this for a LonG while! Until suregrey day i have to drink 3 protein shakes and one low fat low carb meal ... Like lean cuisine or salad. I ordered nectar protein sample shakes hopefully they'll be in by tomorrow... But I need to go get some more in assuming ... Any suggestions?!?! MaY 10th is approaching QUICK! I'm starting to get nervous !!!

I am excited for you..I havenot had my surg yet(June) but every sunday, I am doing all liquid diet(protein shakes) to prepare my mind and body for what is coming..I know its hard..I heard it actually is the hardest part..so just think you will soon have it all behind you!!!
