  2. Surgery 3/5/2013 Starting weight 232 Current weight 156.5 Going very slow now and can eat more than could before and find certain cravings have come back I would say that the "honeymoon" is over and I am going to have to work hard to get to my goal of 145. Wish the restriction I had at about 4 months out could have lasted FOREVER! Still so glad I had the surgery and would do it again in a heartbeat!
  3. I am 5'4" and my starting weight was 232 and I am 161 today:) My surgery was March 3!

  9. if you like lemonade- minute maid has a light version in a can- i like being able to take a can of something to work. at a meeting that i went to the leader did an experiment with "flat soda" and fresh soda- she had bottles and put a balloon on each one- even the flat one blew up the balloon. It stuck in my head how much gas there is in carbonation and i do NOT want to blow my little pouch up with it. i love diet coke but to me it's just not worth it- i never want to stretch my pouch and feel that desperate "gimme food" feeling EVER again.
  10. never been happier in my life- love my sleeve!
