I was thinking about having a hair dye before surgery today. I am not big on makeup, but lipstick and may be some blush would be nice. -

I am going to be on this diet. I will be getting it through my drs office, a special mix he and the nut made using fiber. Three shakes a day for a week. Nothing else. I saw your post. Looks like you are doing great. How is it going? So glad to finally meet someone else on this diet!

I also drink diet mountain dew and Pepsi. I a, having some headaches from trying to give up. Iced tea is a good alternative and there are lots of great favors out there now. -

Hi all... I am Terry from NJ. I was sceduled for May 15, but I found.out during my Endo that I have "significant" ulcers. I have to deal with them. So now I am scheduled for July 17 - a little bumbed out but at least I will have time to rest in the summer...and take some nice walks! -
