Why does it no longer shock me that a large majority of the new topics are about "cheating"? It makes me sad, honestly.

Bounce, pounce, trounce, flounce.

What a change....Before - 5'11" - 319lbs... pants 55+ (I stopped measuring- bought pants with elastic). shirts 3XL and fixing to go to 4XL. Now 5'11" 195lbs. pants 34" (I now need a belt) shirts med - large. and I can sit and bend my knees and wrap my arms around my knees with my knees touching my chin. Just doesn't seem possible.

i was in such a good mood then it was spoiled for me apparently me doing this surgery is me taking the easy way out of weight loss... so far thats the rudest thing anybody has said to me about this surgery ... i dont have the patients to deal with negativity ... hope i can hold it together

Day One of liquids and feeling like "I can do this"!

Hard labor this week, post hole digging in dense wooded area having to cut roots every few inches with a Saws-all. Also hauling lmany arge boards the 350 feet back through trails to the dock area where we are working. Sore everywhere but grateful to God that I have the energy and health to go get it done.
