I have a hard time getting the Protein in. I like the Unjury shakes ok, but cant take them over and over. Ive tried the greek yoart, at first was ok, now Im to the point of gagging. Would love to find some kind of food with good protein! Please share if you can. What do you eat at taco bell? Love me some taco bell

My surgery was 3-7-2013. I can eat more than just liquid now. My favorite is 4 chicken nuggets chargrilled from chickfla! I can only 2 two wait 30 min. then eat the next two. I foound lots of receipes from this site. On the top you will find some. I can only eat a 1/3 of a cup but I can eat! This is just what i do. I did try to drink some Water with food. No No.. I did throw up. Good luck

I am only 3 weeks out. Im really hungry all the time. The hunger didnt start till this week. Yes I can only eat 1/2 cup yogart give me 30 minutes and Im ready for the other half. I thought the hunger would be gone ;/

Hey! I have to say I did this on my own for months. Finally I shared with my hubby and 1 daughter. I finially confessed to my other daughter day before surgery. I told my work I was having hernia surgery. I did have 2 rather large hernias at the belly button. I told my boss I would be oout two weeks due to the fact that I had lots of scar tissue they would have to work around. Well... It worked! Good luck in yr decision. It will be the right one for you!

I like the unjury brand Protein shakes. Also the special K chocolate was not bad either.

I have an hawai ice machine. Im living off of. I get my Water from shaved ice several times a day then I add the Protein shake and eat it with the shaved ice. NOT to bad. Good luck. Im almost 3 weeks out! Feeling pretty good

I was able to eat oatmeal 2 weeks. I dont like it but have leared to love it!

Im worried just listening .. I only 2 weeks out. Sick of liquids or just Soup. Not hungry yet. I did buy a shaved ice machine and just eat the ice and its been great! And one eat REAL food before they were suppose too?
