I am friends with alot of girls in a support group that eat quest bars and other protein bars. I still drink protein shakes myself because I like them. Do whichever u like.

I am 6 weeks out and this just happened to me! I thought I paid $3k to lose 26 lbs. I was pissed. I kept u with my diet and exercise. I didn't change a thing, then this morning I lost 1.4 lbs! I am hoping I am out of it. Just keep up the good work. It's fairly common at 6 weeks out. It will pass and u will continue to lose. Just hang in there.

I took off 12 days too. I am a dental asst I have to run around, clean rooms, assist the doctor, and do all kinds of things and I was fine. I just went to bed really early. U will be fine too.

Yes. I am so happy with my surgery. I had no complications. I had no problems. I am 6 weeks out and I have lost 26.9 lbs. which I am pleased with. I am happy that I now eat smaller portions. I am happy that I am no longer hungry all the time. I am very pleased with myself, my surgeon, and my results so far. I am looking forward to the future at my future weight loss, excited about it.

I agree with everybody else. Just eat what ur supposed to. U can still hang out with friends and family. Spending time with them. U will learn with ur sleeve life is not about food anymore. Food is only there to nourish ur body and give u energy. That was weird for me to realize. Happy birthday! Being 30 is awesome. I loved turning 30. Hope u have a great time.

I was on pain meds for 6 days. After that I took Tylenol. Still had some discomfort. It gets better every day. I a m 6 weeks out now and feel great. No problems at all. I went back to work after 1.5 weeks off and felt fine after that. It just takes some time to heal. I get plenty of sleep at night. I think that's really important. Drink all ur fluids that's important too.

If its bright red it's because of hemroids. If its dark red it's because of internal bleeding or something more serious. I had some bright red with going to the bathroom that was hard to go once and that was it never again. Hope this helps u out. Good luck.
