  5. Hey, i just wanted to know how long should i wait before starting working out? I mean real hard workout-- i was sleeved about 10 days ago. My doctor says i need to wait a month before going to the gym but i feel like i can go sooner. Another thing i wanted to ask about is- that is kind of stupid-: what are the best times to have the meals? Im still on the liquid phase but still i dont know when to have something to drink and how long should i wait between meals- i dont think am having enough fluids? Ughhh am so confused please help! And sorry for the long post

  7. Hello all, i had my sleeve on 2-7-2013, i was out of the hospital yesterday at about noon (the hospital has a policy that all sleevers must stay 4 days at the hospital) so i havent been worrying about the amount of fluids i am taking because the hospital took care of that, anyways.. Now that i am home and on my own and even though i have everything i should eat on paper I DONT think i am having enough fluids! I cant take anymore than i am already having!! Is that ok? Or should i force my self to drink more? Another question is: i am still in pain and have to take painkillers, i can only sleep on my back i cant really move in my sleep because it gets painful, is this normal? If yes, when is the pain supposed to go away without the help of pain meds? Please Help, thank you
