May 20th sleevers how are y'all doing?

I am on solids now but can't tolerate salmon or red meat. I lost only 33 pounds so far. Is that bad? Any tips on fast food with the sleeve. My hubby is in the hospital because his sleeve leaked and I am always on the road. No time to cook or go to a sit down place. Tips?

I've only lost 21 pounds and I was sleeved on may 15th. You're doing fine. I sugfest taking Protein bars with you before u leave your house. No fast food is good for you. If you absolutely have to then I would say maybe chilli from wendys or a chicken burger (only meat) from wherever. But I highly reccomend taking Snacks with you when u r on the go.

You can still use non-solid foods too. The premade protein shakes don't have to be refrigerated so they are great for the road. You can also buy those chicken or tuna kits (with the mayo/relish), and eat those without the crackers included.

I was sleeved on the 24th and i am down 22lbs, and my friend that got sleeved same day is down 25 so you are doinh great. I try to carry stuff with me but a couple of times i have got the yougort parfais from mcdonalds. Which i can only eat half of and i dont use the granola they provide. Maybe at some point a grilled chicken salad will be an option if you have time.

I had my surgery on 5/28/13 and preop weight of 205. I'm 3 weeks out and I'm at 187 so I'm down 18. I've not lost a single pound this 3rd week! Anyone else not loose?

I had my surgery on 5/20/13 and I have lost 15 pounds. Have not lost anything since week 3

I stalled at week 3 for 10 days. I just don't weigh myself but once every 2 weeks.
