[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=4]I went home the next day and felt fine and just sore.[/size][/font]

[size=4][font=comic sans ms]Started my clear liquid diet the next day and did great. I had no trouble swallowing water[/font] or Crystal Lite.[/size]
[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=4]I also are popsicles and sugar free jello.[/size][/font]

[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=4]I surprised myself and had 52 oz of liquid.[/size][/font]

[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=4]My fluid intake averaged 45 ounces. I was a bit uncomfortable when I got out of bed with a pulling in my stomach. My big surprise came on Sunday when I had a sort of a bowel movement. Very liquid but it [/size][/font]
[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=4]was the color GREEN. Like grass green-this made me freak out.[/size][/font]

[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=4]Today is Wednesday, April 24th and I had my first follow up doctor appointment.[/size][/font]
[font=comic sans ms,cursive][size=4]He said I was doing great and put me on Full Liquids and included protein shakes, yogurt, pudding, and cream soup.[/size][/font]
[size=4][font=comic sans ms]Of[/font] [/size]course, all sugar free.

[font=comic sans ms]I have lost 20 pounds since I started this journey. Seven before the sleeve and 12 in the week after the sleeve. I am happy with this and hope to continue.[/font]
