I had my surgery 3/26! My 1st Protein Drink did not set well & I'm nervous to try another. Fortunately I did not vomit, but was extremely uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

Not quite sure any surgeon would go a 2nd sleeve. Sorry you are going through such a difficult time.

How did u feel after. We're u awake enough to go to workYou should be instructed to go home for the day to rest & relax. Because you have sedation meds still in your system no driving, making legal or financial decisions etc... That is the process @ the endo dept where I work.

They have to put in a "foley" (urine cath) so forget your modesty. My wife is a OR nurse and she has seen more "twats and *****" than a porn star.Seen my fair share also. Just another part of the body to us OR nurses!

Glad to see this thread as I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to walk daily & I'm doing 3 flights of stairs 3-4 x daily. It is difficult as my body hurts

I am from South Burlington Vermont. I was sleeved December 16th so it has been almost 5 months. I started at 309 last March and am at 200 today. I would love to be at around 140 when finished. I have been in a stale for around 3 weeks but I hear that happens. I started at a size 22-24 and am now a 14-16.Great success! Your stall will end! Who was your doctor? I'm assuming you went to FAHC.

Which Protein Powder did you get? I did the same thing last weekend. Also got a few Quest Protein Bars to try.

The office sounds like a nightmare! Imagine how many patients are going through the same thing. I would certainly mention this to someone......maybe after your surgery. :-)
