I love the "enough". I might actually steal that idea! I tattoo is my reward for goal weight! I am not sure how much a tattoo would stretch if I got one now, with the bulk of my weight still to lose.

Thanks for sharing! I am not too nervous yet (but still a month away from surgery!) and it is great to fill my head with facts. What to expect, etc. I do much better if I know what is coming!

Thanks for this! I won't get my post op info until March 26. Interesting about the steak/pork/veggies... from our support group meeting, it seems that our surgeons just tell us to "try it, and if it doesn't sit well, try it again in a couple of months."

Every surgeon/nutritionist/patient is different - but I do wish there was a specific blue print we could all follow with great results!
