Thanks for this! I won't get my post op info until March 26. Interesting about the steak/pork/veggies... from our support group meeting, it seems that our surgeons just tell us to "try it, and if it doesn't sit well, try it again in a couple of months." Every surgeon/nutritionist/patient is different - but I do wish there was a specific blue print we could all follow with great results!

If you are referring to popsicles, as we know them, there are sugar-free options. My favorites are 15 calories each. 54 calories for a popsicle sounds high to me.

I am so sorry. I know it's probably not helpful, but just in case... have you checked the bags/suitcases/toiletries bag you used last? Did you check in your dresser drawers? Under your mattress? Old purses? Maybe try taking a warm bath or shower, then try looking again... I do wish you luck! -
Congrats Chelbybebe!! I am an April Sleever too. I go in on March 26 for my pre-op surgical consult, and at that appointment, we will set a surgery date of 2-3 weeks out. I am hoping for April 17th. I am so excited to be here and get life moving on the right track!

Glad you are doing ok! I am not sleeved until April, but I did hear a hint: if you buy Tylenol Sore Throat, it is only acetaminophen. Adult doses. Good Luck to you! -
