  1. I don't know anyone who is overweight and looks like the "before" image, they need to add some rolls, stretch marks, cellulite and a pouch Plus...her thighs don't even touch. If I looked like the before pic. I'd be naked all the time! Lol

    Peanut Butter?

Peanut butter is on my list for purée stage. I found powdered peanut butter at whole foods, it's 35 calories/ tablespoon. And it has like a fraction of the fat! U add water to it and get it to the consistency you want...and it's delicious!!!!
  3. I'll tell you why I'm choosing the sleeve. I'm anemic...with the bypass they'll be bypassing the area where Iron is absorbed and since I already can't absorb iron...bad idea. Also I'm super paranoid about stomach cancer because I think my great-grandma, who I never met may have died of stomach cancer...that's what we're suspecting (long story lol) and with the part of the stomach that's just hanging out in you and not being used....there's no way to do an endoscopy so if something's growing in there, the only way to detect it is with a PET/CT scan which would be done yearly. Lets say I do one in December and something starts growing in me the following January....needless to say....bad idea. Everyone has to analyze their own health and health concerns in order to decide what's right for them. I don't think it's a matter of which is better, it's a matter of which is better for you. Good luck

Don't you just love the inequality?

    Does it have extra butter???

Don't you just love the inequality?

Quite the opposite is true. Insurance is based on risk. The risk being, you never know if you will get sick or hurt in the future...the insurance companies' model is to collect premiums from hundreds of thousands of people hoping that they won't all or only few will have have a claim. That's also the reason why they wont just automatically cover everyone. If a person gets sick often hence having a lot of claims then that person is high risk and could be dropped or rejected from a policy.

Apparently the more snicker bars you eat the less hoops you have to jump through... I mean now that I think about it, the more snicker bars you eat the bigger you get and the less you can jump. Also hoops come in a standard size and at some point you can no longer fit through it...do they make plus size hoops, does anyone know.... Sigh

In my world, a reward is a satisfying return that is earned, given or granted based on positive behaviors, like positive reinforcement.....

I "ate my way up " to 51 BMI, now 48 and I still have to wait for my "reward" where I may have serious health problems and complications or even die... I think I'm from another planet because the word "reward" means something totally different to me

    Sleep study

My surgeon didn't require one based on my answers to a questionnaire but when I met my pulmonary doctor, he recommended that I had one to be safe. Apparently, if you have sleep apnea it's harder for you to recover from anesthesia. Turns out I didn't have it but my girlfriend who is getting sleeved has it and has to wear a cpap machine before surgery
  14. So I was feeling the same way...I'm 30 years old w/ no kids but I take care of my mom and wanted to make sure she would be financially ok if something happened to me...turns out if I start a life insurance policy now, knowing that i'm having major surgery soon and something happens....life insurance will not pay out. Who knew...
  15. Lauren Freeman....she's awesome! I'm going to start my vlog on the first day of my liquid diet...
