  1. I was sleeved 12 days ago. Still have ZERO energy. No appetite. Pain is not much but I feel zapped. I've only left house twice in 12 days. Trying hard to get protein and water in

  3. How much have you lost. And how much purée cold you eat. In a typical day. I'm 12 days out. I have two protein shakes. A half banana. Cottage cheese 1/4 cup twice

  8. I'm on day 11. Down 12 lbs. it's coming off 1 lb a day so far. I heard most people stall at 3 weeks. If you did. How long of a stall.
  9. I am in renton. Just got sleeve 11 days ago. At puget sound bariatrics in Edmonds. great GREAT doctor and price includes a two year program of nutrition. Physical fitness. Etc. pleased with my choice of surgery
  10. I self payed. And hernia repair was included. But I was lucky and did not have one
  11. i puree half banana into my choc protein shake , its awesome for a change.. and peanut butter powder from amazon for a pb choc shake.. other than the 2 shakes, i have a tiny bit cottage cheese.. pureed bean bacon soup.. yogurt lights that are flavored like lemon pie etc from yoplait , thats about all i can get down
  12. Thanx for advice. I am taking it slow. Vitamins are a lot of work to get all down
  13. I am on day 12. Just now sleeping on my side. As for pain. I was a self pay and optioned to spend night in hospital. Glad I did. The pain from gas. Was Horrible !!! I was not expecting that. And it took about 5 days for it to be gone. The incisions hurt way less than the gas
  14. I'm barely doing the purée. By the time I get 2 protein shakes in. A little purée. I'm done for the day.
  15. I am finding all doctors are so different. Mine had me eat a two week under 40 carb diet up until the night before surgery. Then only 2 days clear , 1 week full , and I started purée on my 9th day. And I am on 10 days out from surgery , it was feb 21. And I get to eat mush in 5 more days ....I'm seeing on here some people are on liquid for weeks
