Hi Brownie7....Dr Rod and his complete staff are amazing!! Like slimchic said the night nurses are a lil hard to communicate with but their is always a Dr on the floor that speaks perfect English. The hospital is so clean and everyone is there to help you! You CANT go wrong with Dr Rodriguez....he is the best if you ask me!!

Well just know your not alone...my fiance and myself will be there with you! I'm slowly starting to get nervous/anxious! I think mostly b/c I'm leaving my 4 kiddos behind and ya never know what can happen. But I believe were all gonna do fine...its almost here!!! =)

Oh yeah...I've been booked since January...I just see postings about every other Dr but Dr Rod but either way I'm happy with my choice...were getting closer!! =)

I had my surgery done in Peoria' date=' IL and my insurance covered it but as we all know not everyone qualifies for insurance coverage and those people usually go to Mexico. Surgery on Friday in Vegas (baby!). Enjoyed my time there walking all around post-op. Went back to work the following Wednesday. I would have been fine traveling after.

My mother in law had her surgery there and did awesome...had surgery on a Friday and went back to work on Tuesday!!

Wow! Thank you so much. I've had so much anxiety and irrational worries while waiting for my surgery time and sharing in other Sleevers' experiences has helped me so much. I am glad to try and return the favor!!!

I will try to give a very detailed summary once I am home.
