  6. I eat hummus, which my nut considers a carb, and occasionally steal a bite of calzone or fried cheese stick. I haven't done a lick of real cardio. I too count my coffee towards my liquids. And there was the cookie incident.
  7. I'm low carb (dr orders)so cookies are not yet on the list. I have to confess everything. For me secrecy breeds shame and shame leads to binges.
  8. Thanks all. I yoga-ed it into the past. But I don't wanna hide my like indiscretion or it will become a BIG whole package sized indiscretion. If I tell my man, it will become a however many it takes to not kill him sized indiscretion. So I came to you folks. Good decision.
  9. I just ate a cookie. Sigh.
  10. None of this is sounding good. Molly please let me know what the word is.
  11. Maybe. Or add tums to the mix and see if it goes away?
  12. Mine happens fairly regularly. I also had the hiatal repair and I'm at about 8 weeks. Still in heartburn meds. I think it may be allergies. I'm sorta getting used to it.
  13. I miss my salads and veggies big time. I eat veggie burgers a lot to get protein and veggies but do wish I had room for brussel sprouts or broccoli.
  14. Tonight I tried an ice cream replacement called arctic zero. Its made with whey protein. It wasn't creamy but its easy on the taste buds. I got peanut butter chocolate and might actually add a little peanut butter.
  15. Nothing worked for me until I used Aloelax which I got at the whole foods store. Do not wait it out, whatever you do. I had this problem and will never forget it. I posted about it and got many great suggestions and comiserations. Run a search for constipation. Good news though, this will pass (pun intended).
  16. Nothing works unless you do. Finding the proper therapist is key. You MUST trust them or its all for nought. I have been to several, but could not get comfortable until I found someone whom I trusted enough to confess my behavior to! LOVE her and I get better at getting better every session!!
  17. 288 hw, 277sw, 249 cw, surgery was 7.29.13.
  18. I made a frozen drink with skinned cukes, watermelon, basil and ice. So refreshing!
  19. ... and crash. Time to call my doc. But at least the garage ceiling is clean. Sigh.
