I know how you feel I see other post with pictures of women either heavier or the same weight as me and they look so much better this damn belly makes me looks like I'm 20 pounds heavier I weigh 172 but look like I'm still around 190 my goal weight was going to be a 150 and stop but due to my belly I have to get down to 140 to even feel skinny maybe even 135 when I post before and after you see what I'm talking about.

    Ok I'm back as you can see I'm very exicted about this and nervous I also want to get contacts and teeth whiten I literally want to become a new person.
  5. Can't stand chicken breast anymore haven't tried other parts of the chicken but as for now I can't stand grilled or baked chicken breast.

    search 5 day pouchtest review I just did it and for the 5 days I put down everything I ate if I worked out and bowel movements also how much I lost

Yesterday was the last day of the 5 day pouch test I never once cheated ate and drank the required foods and water and only exercised one day and that was yesterday and I went from 182 to 175 the first day was good second day wasnt looking forward to it but 3 thru 5 day especially 4th and 5th eating the Salisbury steak and steak on my grill was the best. What have I learned well snacking on chips, rice cakes, cookies, and protein bars slows your weight loss and in some cases put you in a stall, I'm now going to go back to eating my cottage cheese, egg beaters, meats and maybe every once in a while my protein shakes and stay away from snacking on sugar and carbs I wont be weighing myself till the 12th so wish me luck I can be under a 170 pounds.
  9. since surgery I haven't bought any new clothes I was wearing a size 26 jeans and 3x shirt my sister has been giving me some of her old clothes size 22 pants and 2x shirts but today my sister and I went to the mall which we've done a couple times since my surgery in March I would always refuse to try clothes on mostly due to I hate clothes shopping and I don't feel feminine wearing dresses or skirts I'm mostly jeans and t-shirt kinda woman but today since I'm now hundred and seventy seven pounds and I feel kinda good about myself I tried on some jeggings and a nice shirt I'm proud to say that I can fit a size 14 in jeggings and a tight large shirt I'm so excited I don't ever remember being the small and that's saying a lot considering I have about 25 pounds of fat around my stomach being apple shape is a b****. I'm going to stop at 140 or 145 and stay that way until next year where I can have my plastic surgery. My sister is about 11 pounds heavier than me and she wears it well we're I look like I weigh a lot more than her about 30 pounds more than her since I have this big stomach until I have the surgery I don't think I'm ever going to feel skinny.

I jumped on the scale even though I wanted to wait till wednesday morning well I lost 5 pounds still have today to finished just got through cooking my steak on a grill no bbq sauce and it turned out perfect my son and daughter loved it. I'm hoping when I jump on the scale tomorrow I'm at least down to 175 I do plan on exercising today and eating more steak and of course drinking all my Water today well I will update you guys tomorrow since there's nothing else for me to report today cause I'm eating steak all day today and nothing else
  11. day 4 of the pouch test review today went pretty good I made that Salisbury steak recipe from the pouch test website oh my god it was so good I ate about three and a half of those patties through out the day I'm eating things on this test that I never would have eaten for example ground beef and I would not have eaten ground beef secondly eggs 45 grams of fat in one hard boiled eggs also bread crumbs with all that said I'm wondering how I'm gonna lose weight if I'm losing any at all it makes me wonder if I could have been eating all that all along and still losing weight if I have lost weight I'm going to have to reevaluate my whole eating habit. okay today I drink 72 ounces of propel water and Crystal Light. no bowel movement no exercise and I guess I went to the bathroom every hour and a half. can't wait to weigh myself Wednesday morning to see if I lost any weight my cravings for carbs is almost gone.

Finished day three I ate a four ounce can of salmon I use a little bit of lemon juice, egg beaters, onion minced garlic and Italian breadcrumbs also have one hard boiled egg and a three ounce tilapia baked and one and a half ounce of chicken salad with fat free mayo. I drank 2 cups of decaf tea with 2 tablespoons of fat free milk and two packets of Splenda and drank about 72 ounces of Crystal Light and propel water. I went to the bathroom about every hour and had one BM. I can really feel my restriction especially eating that hard boiled egg didn't think I could finish it also I did not work out today

  15. Ok I get it that's why the eas bars says 3 net carbs on the front but on the back it's say like 24 carbs so u subtract any fiber in it thanks.
  16. For those 4 months post op or more are you eating protien bars, oatmeal, and protein shakes? Tired of eating the same old foods, scared of fruit due to carbs is there any good carbs we can eat?
  17. My date was march 12 went from 254 to 193 as of today, I feel fine best decision I ever made.
  18. I started my journey at 254 and being only 5ft1 that's a lot of weight to carry I'm now 195 so I'm getting close to my goal of 150. I've noticed the closer I get to goal the more depress I am and mad at myself that I let my weight stop me from living the life I deserved I'm at a shitty job that I hate because I thought I couldn't do any better, I let my hair and apperance go to hello, I dress like a bum, picked real bad relationship and just let people walk over me. Fast forward to now here I am 41 years old and now that I'm losing weight I want better I want a better job, I want to fix myself up I just want to be a better me and to be honest I don't know how, I don't know where to start and its sad that I've been single not even dating due to my weight I didn't want to get close to any man because I stopped believing that there where men that actually liked fat woman and for all of you who have been taken advantage of because your fat and desperate for love you all know what I'm talking about. So I'm going to start by getting to 150 pounds get a complete makeover and read Dr. Phill book LIFE CODE and go back to school probably not in that order but its something I got to do can't waste another yeyear

    Apple shaped. Help!

    My weight was 254 and I'm 5ft1 now I am 195 should be a little less now haven't been on a scale in a while

I will be 3 months out next week and I track fat and carbs not so much calories cause I don't eat over 600 but I try to eat under 30 carbs which is hard everything has carbs in it even greek yogurt example of meals breakfast egg beater, a slice of fat free cheese, 1 slice of turkey breast, lunch fat free cottage cheese and 5 grapes, dinner which is the bulk of my carbs bocca chicken patty its so good but about 40 calories in fat and due to it being breaded it has carbs when I finsh this box I'm done with them for a while going to stick to lobster tails and shrimp and my carb intake should be under 15 a day so carbs matter. I also am guilty of snacking latley nilla waffers and reduced fat ritz crackers haven't had them in two days trying to get to 190 by next Friday. Still haven't had any fast food yeah just the snacking on crackers and cookies but in all lost 59 pounds so far probably would of lost more if it wasn't for all the mistakes I made example eating the wrong soups, drinking gatarade tons of sugar in a bottle among other things.

    I'm 41 I've been single for 9 years due to being overweight I told myself as long as I'm fat I will not date well I had my sugery I have about 46 pounds to go till goal my question is how is dating and falling in love differ from your 30s since I missed that period does your heart skip a beat do you run to the phone hoping its him calling does it feel any different?
