  1. I made this post a little over a year its been 3 years and 2 months since my sugery and I'm up to 185 pounds and I'm so mad at myself. Two days ago I went back to basic Protein first then veggies and increasing my Water intake and im having a hard time ggettig in my protein and water requirements but I can sure eat a whole lot of fast food and Snacks with no problems I got to get a handle on this or I will be 254 again even my hump on my back came back I have to wear long hair just to hide it. Please any advice or words of encourgment welcomed. Before wls 254, day of wls 234 lowest weight 132 current weight 185 wls 3-12-13


  2. I also have a fb I had a c-section 23 years ago and was cut from my navel straight down to my bikini line not to mention I have a apron when I was at goal weight it was still there and when I gained weight all 25 pounds went right to my fb plastics is the only option to remove it.

Thanks for all of the replies you guys, it just sucks to be at goal buy all these nice clothes and now you can't fit them anymore but I did it to myself and I'm doing something about it now and once I reach goal again I'm going to stay there cause I never want to feel this way again. I got a good man he saw the 25 pound weight gain and never complained he's away for six weeks when he gets back I hope to be at least 135 when he first met me wish me luck.

  5. Yeah I did, went from 254 to 132 now I'm 147 and that's after losing 13 pounds how did this happen? A new relationship is what happened got to comfortable, not working out, going on dinner dates now I'm paying for it and I'm approaching my two year so I'm bigger now than I was last year this time. Have to admit last summer was the best summer ever I got to wear summer dresses that I never would of put on at 254 and just seeing my man eyes light up when I walked through his door wearing those dresses was priceless. So with that being said I'm going to lose this weight my new goal is 125 to 130 I think that's perfect for a 5ft1 frame.


  6. Had wls 3-12-2013 in Mexico with Dr. Ortiz preop 254 day of sugery and after 3 week diet 234 today 134 my goal weight to stay between 125-130. It doesn't get any better I started at 254 my initial goal weight was 150 but at 160 new it would have to be much lower so now I am 137 and still feel fat because of my stomach so now I pushed my goal to 130 and I've told myself that at 130 even if I dont like what I see I have to stop. Went from wearing a size 26 pants to a size 12 a size 3x shirt to a lg and that due to needing a bigger shirt to cover my stomach. Just bought my first dress last week a size lg but now need to buy some Spanx to look good in it you would think 130 pounds on a 5ft1 inch frame you would be skinny well not for an apple shape. My 1 year is coming up March 12 will post pic then.


  8. I want to add the Protein shakes for more Protein plus it's fast and I don't have to prepare it. I'm 16 pounds from goal and starting to have a hard time staying on track I just did the 5 day pouch test again and I work better when I know what I have to eat and do so for me having yogurt for Breakfast a Protein shake for lunch and just cooking a hot meal for dinner I think would keep me on track and maybe snacking on one Protein Bar throughout the day might help satisfy the sweet craving so I would really appreciate you guys feedback.
