Congratulations on your 100 pound weight loss. You look great.
Thank you

Thanks everyone I feel so much better than I did with that extra 100 pounds!
Congratulations! ! You look fabulous!!! What was your exercise routine like?
To be honest I don't really have an exercise routine. Walking is the only thing I really consistently did up until about a month and a half ago, I got an elliptical trainer and a leg magic which I've been using 3-4 times a week for about 30-40 min each time. My legs are my worse, I'm bottom heavy and I'm determined to wear shorts by summer

Hi MissezV I started my process in July I needed to get a physch eval done before I could even submitt my paper work and finally I had it the end of Sept' date=' I am confident I have everything I need to submit but my only concern is the weight loss history, I was on a weight loss journey on and off from 2008 thru 2012 and it is documented but it isnt a consistent 6months do you think this will be ok also what were your requirements and the Dr that did your surgery.[/quote']Hi sorry it's taken me a few days to reply. Media-cal never asked for any weight loss history. All I ever needed was a referral from my primary care doctor, who was actually a new doctor and the first time I went to see him was for the referral. All he did was check my bmi and then I had to get clearance from all the other doctors they send me to see; lung, heart, physch eval etc... After that was done the surgeons office submitted my paperwork and I was approved in a week and given a date about three weeks out. My doctor was Thomas Hirai in San Jose

Hi, I have medi-cal in Cali and just had my sleeve done in May. The whole process took me about 5 months. The approval took about a week. Feel free to message me if you have any questions

So I need help, I start my 2 week pre-op liquid diet on May 6th. I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what Protein Shakes to buy, and also how many shakes I should drink a day. If possible I'm looking for something inexpensive also the Vitamins I should start taking, just looking for recommendations on where to buy them(cheap) and brands and stuff like that. Any input is greatly appreciated
