  2. My weightloss has slowed down a lot as well. This last month I think I've lost about 4lbs. I just hit the 60lb. I'm going to have to step it up to continue to lose weight.
  3. I drink muscle milk the regular chocolate and sometimes the vanilla. It only has 3 grams of sugar but the calories are 180 for the 11oz.

  5. I'm around too. I've already had surgery and I'm 6 months post op. I went to emory. Good luck to everyone with their journey.

  8. The soreness will take some time to heal but it gets better day by day. I think it took about 6 weeks maybe a little more or less to complete stop feeling the soreness.
  9. After the hospital I stayed at a family member's house for one day and then went home. My daughter stayed with family for one week while I was at home by myself. It was easier for me. The 2nd week she was back home and I took her to daycare everyday getting back in the groove of things. The only thing that I can remember that was a problem was trying to get down to clean the bath tub.
  10. I had a hard time bending over for a couple of weeks.

  12. For me I think there are times when I can eat a lot in a day, and then there are times where I don't eat much at all the whole day. But when I do eat a lot its nothing like what I use to be able to eat.
