    Have to be re-sleeved!

Sound like he was not fellowship trained and just decided to start doing these procedures. Fins someone fellowship trained at a reputable school.

    Low carb rash

I had the same thing at two weeks but luckily only on my stomach. At first I thought it was cellulitis! I had to get a script for the itching and finally went away about 1.5 weeks later
  3. At least u have a plan. Hang in there
  4. Why can't people let this go? If you don't agree just don't reply.
  5. Jessica - I am referring to the forum as a whole not just this thread. As I pointed out earlier there was almost an identical thread and some of the same users here participated in it - but did not attack the OP as they did on this one.....

    Ignore user?

    Wonder away!
  7. It's very high schoolish. There is good support you eventually recognize the mean girls and the wannabes and learn to avoid them.

    Ignore user?

I'm sure ill be flamed (and ignored) for this - but for a bunch of people "taking the high road" this is a very catty thread.
  9. I am four and a half weeks out and I realized over the weekend that I must relearn everything about my body. It used to be easy to distinguish between acid, constipation, hunger, etc - now everything is new and I am having to learn what the new feelings are - hope I get through this soon and move forward!

Does anyone have BCBS of Tx

I have BCBS of TX and it was approved within two weeks. they have a quick turnaround
  11. I don't understand all the venom. There was a very similar post earlier today that posed almost the exact question - maybe in a softer tone but the core of the discussion was the same. No one attacked that poster and called them hateful names. Instead, another thread was started to the creator of this site looking for solutions......
  12. It took me almost exactly four weeks for the soreness to go away. Once that internal stitch dissolved everything felt better immediately.
  13. You gave me this advice a couple of weeks ago and it has been a lifesaver. Was never much of a milk drinker but now I wake up and have to have a glass. Thanks for the advice - it has worked for me. Now if I could just get the food part down a little better ill be blowing and going!
  14. May 9th here and exact same thing. I switched to G2 for a couple of days bc I was getting dehydrated. I had no issue w acid but I think that is where my problem is right now. I hope this gets better and fast!
  15. May 9th. Down 18lbs. The last few days have been tough getting liquids and proteins. I hit four weeks and suddenly I can't manage to get the right amounts
  16. How do you use it? I need the extra protein - how are you mixing it? What proportion? Is there an after taste! Any advice is much appreciated.
  17. I bought unflavored three weeks ago and still too chicken to try it!
  18. I had it at 2.5 weeks too. The doctor have me a script for the itching as Benadryl didnt work. He could not tell me what caused it though

    leg issues

Sounds like a clot. Call you doctor and DON'T massage the area until u do. You don't want to loosen any clots

    Prescription Questions

Depending on what it is for I held off taking mine for a couple of days. Tried crushing them which was impossible for me to take and then by day 3 just took them one at a time slowly. No problem. Hope your as lucky because crushed and liquid forms are yucky options
  22. This has been a go to for me!
  23. For me - the first couple of weeks were emotional in the sense that my thoughts were kinda like a crazy person (I also have two small children). I knew that I sounded crazy but could not stop it. I wasn't all teary eyed. I was more just mad and kinda in mourning. The next couple of weeks were difficult - as in frustrating - because I was learning about my sleeve. I warned my husband about it beforehand and even made the doctor explain the hormonal side effects. Everything turned out fine. He was supportive and PATIENT and I am almost to the point of being happy w everything.
  24. If you do this be sweet as pie. Remember if you wrestle with the pigs you will get dirty and that's what they want. Take the higher road
