This is very normal. The first couple of weeks post op were frustrating to me as well. I actually spent that time watching food network and searching the web. I put together recipes I wanted to try or modify for soft food and after. In a weird way it helped me

I've been using one for years but found it super handy after WLS. I made some individual egg muffins for breakfast and did the exact same thing!

You need to go to the er or call your doctor. Very significant sign of infection. Could just be a UTI.

woman died from stuffing her esophagus with food.
anniemay replied to taurabird's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I know this article is a year old but it states that stretching the esophagus is a side effect or complication or whatever. I have never heard this before. -
Use a heating pad for the gas. Also walking helps. Crystal light is good to soften the water. I drank minute maid lemonade light which my nut recommended. It saved me. I slept w a pillow on my side to ease the pain but that part just takes time. This is the worst if it. You will get through it.

Bad karma for someone to sell supplements under false pretense. It will come back and bite them one way or another. To the OP - why don't you invite her to lunch - she won't be able to hide the truth then. -

So this person is losing and claims to donut the old fashion way while criticizing those that have bad WLS? And in addition trolls this board to see what you are posting? It may be passive aggressive but it is also rather sad...., -
You need a minimum if three cups but should shoot for 64 oz (8 cups). I'm in TX too. W the heat you have to really stay hydrated.

Don't do a payday loan! They are a scam and you will never get out from under it -
Make drinking the priority. You don't want to get dehydrated

Hummus. And you can make it yourself. I found a recipe for avocado hummus. I would avoid the bread and crackers though until you are further out. I did different beans just made sure they were soft. Also chicken and tuna salads.
