Hi guys just wanted to say i finished the class that tells you everything you need, to what you will drink, how much etc. It was very informative. I am not really at peace now because the surgeon, staff are very caring and understanding. The woman who gave the seminar had gastric 7 years ago. I was tooo shocked :paranoid she really looked good and she was saying how she is a fanatic when it comes to working out. she works out all of the 7 days :clap2:. i just wanted to share that because before i know it, it will be next friday. i have soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much to do.

How long does it take to get a surgery date after approval?
goodtimes replied to MkUSmile78's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
i had to go through the dietian, talk to the surgeon and get all the documentation in. since the surgeon does monthly surgeries at the hospital i am going to, my nurse had actually gave me a date before they even put it through the insurance. my nurse told me it would be 2 weeks before hearing back from ins. got an answer in 3 days -

goodtimes replied to somethingelse's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
hi somethingelse; you can start going to the seminar and preparing for an appointment with the dietian and surgeon. you also can call the insurance company as well. but with me i have blue cross, blue shields i had to go through sleep apnea, dietian a few times. they actually had to have documented records to send to the insurance company. it took 5 months but the surgeon was really indepth with me and how they set high standards. -
