7 mo out and having hard time...scale not moving the last couple weeks and only lost 5lbs last month. I eat around 1200 cal and work out at least 3 times a week usually more. I get my Protein, fluids etc etc...so any tips?

I was sleeved in march and had gallbladder removed. I have had a great experience, very helpful with insurance process. I am 6 mo out now and down 71lbs with 20 to go, so happy with weight loss so far.

I get hungry so it does happen, I'm 6 mo out and while I battle with eating just bc I also feel real when busy and doing stuff and have not ate all day.

Depends on if still losing, if you have enough energy etc lots of factors... But in end you need to be eating what ur comfortable with, and no need to force yourself to eat.

UPDATE Alright everyone I am currently 197.8 I have lost 3.8 lbs since Sat (3 days ago) I increased cal I got 1400 one day and 1200 the next and didn't make to gym bc of schedule.. Either way I'm liking the scale I have not lost that much in a week even since was 2 mo out.

No Akins bars or anything I drink a Protein Shake in morning usually, and then lunch and dinner. Usually hit 60-90 grams of Protein with 60 being a low day usually 75-80 no issue. Drink plenty, I don't drink booze, or eat little Debbie's lol I try to eat good but I don't know ??!

I usually do elliptical For 45 mins and burn 600 or cross ramp or last time biked 10 miles. I also switch up with classes the gym offers I thought I was switching up enough... But maybe not.. I will take everyone's suggestions. Im a little shy of 5 and 1/2 months out..started at 266 surgery day.

Eat around 1000-1100 cal a day go to gym 5 days a week burn 600 cal there, come home clean, cook, take care of small kids, usually do set ups and arm exercise in evening....keep carbs between 50-100 (my suggested was 277 on fitness app) so burning way more than eating... And I keep going up and down the same pound for almost 2 weeks. I started burning more week ago was only doing 500 at gym. I am going crazy I want to be below 200 before end of August and don't see happening I go from 200.4 to 201.8 highest this week I want to cry... I'm working so hard and nothing ...any suggestions??? Am I doing something wrong ?? Please no mean comments and don't tell me to put scale away I did 3 days ago and want it more than ever..

I didn't stall until month 3 and that's when I increased my calories. I have lost 66lbs so far and 25lbs to go. I have slowed down in last 2 months but expected that, I also go to gym 4-5 times a week. It gets harder the further out you get to drop weight. I also try to keep carbs between 50-100.

At 9 weeks I was eating around 900, I'm currently 5 mo out and eating 1000-1200 and still losing.

How long did it take you to get to goal? Just curious how many months? And how your maintaining? I'm 10.8lbs from goal and 7 mo out..I really wish was already there but have faith I will... Hopefully before year, however weight loss is slow so any tips on that would be nice to?!
