I drank a lot of coffee before and still do. Only now it's decaf!!!!! I can't tell the difference once I got over the no caffeine thing.

I'm 5'7" and was sleeved on Nov 26th. Started at 303 and down to 208!! 95 pounds gone!!! Yay

I have some numbness in my ankles and I too can't pull my toes up toward my body too far but it's not that bad yet. They told me that it was from being so overweight for so long and then crossing my legs constantly once I was able too. They gave me exercises to do to strengthen my legs and ankles. Good luck and I will pray for you !!

Hey everyone. Today is my 4 month anniversary and I've lost 92 pounds. Pics are below!! The sleeve was one if the beat decisions I ever made and I encourage anyone thinking about it to go for it!!!

I've lost around but not the cup size.

Today is my 4 month surgaversary and to date I have lost very little hair. I try to eat my proteins everyday and my multi-vitamin has biotin in it which helps with the hair loss too!!

Monday will be 4 months for me and I'm down 90 pounds!!!!!!!!! I love my sleeve!!!

I am blessed with a BFF that is super supportive. However a close friend of mine had the gastric bypass a couple of years ago and has gained most of her weight back. She won't ask me how I'm doing or how much weight I've lost. I believe it's because she is ashamed that she let her weight get back out of control. My husband is the best as well. I've learned that some people are just jealous of success in anything and you can't change them. Bet of luck to you. Prayers are with you and your friend!!!

I did but have grown to love decaf coffee. In the end it will be so worth it!! Best of luck!

I am 13 weeks out also and have lost 85 pounds. Everyone looses at a different rate but it s so important to eat the right things and not junk food. I admit I splurge every now and then but the norm for me is to eat healthy everyday now. Hang in there, prayers going up for you!!!
