It seemed that once I became diabetic...no matter what I did I just couldn't keep the weight off. At 4'10" I show every little pounds.. and before too long every little pound turned into 252 pounds. My insurance required that I be on a medicall supervised diet for 6 months prior to having surg. I weighed 236 pounds the day of surg.. I am down to 190 now.. with 60 more pounds to lose. I'm working at it every day and using my tool!! I feel like I finally have my life back.
