Webblarsk' date=' do you buy this at the grocery store? Cranberry and cherry-lime are two of my favorite flavors ever, so I have a feeling that this would be right up my alley. Kind of like a non-alcoholic cape cod cocktail with a little grenadine. [/quote']
Yep. Found it at my local grocery store with the crystal light and MIO. It's very tasty

The entire staff was amazing!! Dr. Broussard is my Dr and I loved him. The whole experience was great and I have no regrets!! Do you come to support group? I find them very helpful and reassuring.

I was sleeved there on Feb 12th. I was insurance and had my consultation Oct 26th. I think when your self pay as soon as you meet pre op requirements they schedule you.

Good luck on Wednesday!
My surgery is 3/5 at Weight Wise in Edmond. Are you on the liquid diet for pre-op weight loss' date=' or is that what your surgeon requires? I just have to do clear liquids the day before surgery. I find it interesting how each facility seems to have developed their own way of approaching surgery.[/quote']
Good Luck Tuesday. I was sleeved there on the 12th and had a great experience!

I haven't tried this yet but on Pinterest I saw where you make up a bunch of "mini" omelets in muffin tins. Supposed to be good reheated....

My surgeon has a cash cost of 9,995.

Walk.....walk.....and then walk some more.

I understand how you feel but hang in there. It does get better. I too slept in my recliner the first 4 days and was so happy to be able to crawl into my bed. I am 19 days out and can tell you it does get better! And just think of the results

I love the Ocean Spray Cran-Cherry Limeade flavor packets! Very good! I haven't tried the Dasani....

Totally normal. Mine slowed down around a week post op.

It's an awful feeling. Take a zofran and walk around. This usually helps. At least it was nutritious
My first experience and hopefully my last.....

Made a lovely piece of Tilapia tonight and ate way too much of it! Can I just say......"Yuck" and I sure hope my brain remembers this feeling in the future. It was a 4 ounce piece and I should of stopped at 2 ounces....

Laughing so hard I'm crying. Maybe that burned enough calories to break my stall
-
I was sleeved on 2/13/13 and I get around 500 calories per day. Just wondering where I am on the continuum. I've been stalled for almost a week! I've been exercising like crazy too. I was back up to 272 this morning! I was 268-269 for awhile and then I go up and down! It's so frustratingVSG Date: 2/13/13 SW:285lbs HW:302 5'3"
Depending on how much exercise you are doing could be part of the stall. If your burning more than your taking in your body could be holding on to it. But stalls are normal as well. Especially at this point. Hang in there and Good Luck!!

I have several threads here that people said it was from the anti nausea meds... Are you taking those ?That's my thought to. Pre-op the put a scopolamine patch on me that I would wear for 3 days. They told me it could cause blurry vision.

Welcome and Good Luck with your journey

Yesterday was my 2nd day of soft foods. Today I woke up nauseated. I think it's my tummy adjusting. But when in doubt call your surgeon. Good Luck. Hope you feel better soon

Oh wow.I bought some Monistat 3 day. So I'm using suppositories and cream. I feel relief already.
I just wonder how the heck this happened! I've never had either a yeast infection or UTI and this whole situation is freaking me out. My partner is all butt hurt that I won't have sex at the moment. But it hurts...
Hopefully Monistat saves me. Otherwise.... I dunno
I got one after surgery myself. I believe it was from the 2 rounds of Antibiotics I received while in the hospital.

I'm still on a clear liquid diet after my surgery. I finished all my vegetable broth so I opened my chicken broth and nuked it. It smelled like I was boiling chicken. Gross. But I figured I would taste it. It wasn't bad bit I just couldn't handle the smell. I had to dump it out. So now no broth and I'm still hungry. Can't wait for my visit on Thursday when they bump me up on foods. I think I'm ready.I am the same way with chicken broth. Can't handle it at all.
