  1. I have been dreaming of the day I can have the egg white bowl! I see my dr on Tuesday, and hope my NUT releases me to soft foods!
  2. I haven't had it post op. I will have it when I can ave mushy foods though.
  3. I love the angel hair version! I usually add to a stir fry with Asian favors M
  4. I don't think it is the stomach per say , but your body. When you give up fats and other foods like that, your body doesn't always know how to handle it. L

  6. I had mine on 1/15 and am feeling the same thing!
  7. I am on two chewable multi vit right now. Will add more net week. My lack of hunger is making it difficult to get more in, but I do try increase it a bit everyday!
  8. Hello all! I am new to the forums and just got my sleeve on Jan 15th 2012, so I am about 3 weeks post op. I have a question I hope someone can help with! I am struggling with lack of energy. I am getting about 400 calories a day right now, with about 50 Proteins and most of my Water. Pre-Op I was very high energy and could go and go, today I am having a hard time making it through the day. Please tell me this gets better, I am going bonkers here! thanks! Lori
