I am from Dallas! I have had the worse night ever!

Hello everyone! I had my surgery on 2/15/13. So far so good except for the gas pain that is trapped. I'm also sore too! But I am at home! At first I wondered what did I get myself into? But I had to remember that I am trying to get healthy! Good Luck everyone!

I had my surgery today at 2pm! The pain afterwards is no Joke! Other than the pain, I'm doing okay!

My doctor also said that I didn't have to do the preop diet! I went back to the doctor yesterday and asked again, same response! So I guess my doctor knows best. I will enjoy the last few days I have. But I am more than ready! Good Luck to you!

Well I will be going in tomorrow for my xrays and bloodwork tomorrow and other things they need to do! I will ask again! Lord knows I don't want any problems.

8 days and counting before the big day! I noticed that alot of you all are preop before surgery. My doctor didn't put me on any restrictions before surgery. So I am hoping everything turns out okay for me! Has anyone else doctor did the same as mine?

Good morning! I am excited as well. After years of being dissappointed with my insurance, I decidied to finance my surgery. I will be having my surgery on the 8th of February which is next Friday. My family and friends are just as excited as I am! Forgot to mention I am from Dallas, Tx and I will be having my surgery in Dallas at Forest Park Medical by Dr. Dirk! The funny thing is that he was going to perform it 8 years ago and then everything went south! I went back to him in January and he along with his staff remember me! Love it!
