I did chicken breast in crockpot with rotel and light cream cheese. Shred the chicken once its nice and tender (easier to eat) eat alone, in small tortilla or in won ton wraps. Yumm!

I have dumping syndrome now every time I eat mostly . It's not a good feeling. I'm worried I will still have the same issue with sleeve . The doc wants to wait to see what my endoscopy reveals on to why I'm always dumping as soon as I eat maybe then I could choose wisely .

I used to dump as soon as I was done eating.. I was sleeved on 1/23/13 and no longer have that problem

I'm having a hard time with my Calcium Vitamin (which I have to take 3 a day!) it's so yucky to me I gag! Any suggestions?..

I was sleeved on 1/23 I am down 5lbs since (I think I've still got some co2 and swelling) but total of 18 since pre op diet ... It brought tears of JOY to my eyes!

When I was in hospital I had one spell of dry heaves they put something for nausea in my IV and it worked instantly .. If they haven't offered def ask for something! Hope you feel better soon

I'm 6 days post op I have been able to take frequent walks .. I'm wondering how long til released to exercise (Zumba, weights, etc)
