  1. I was sleeved 3/26/13. I feel pretty good. I have slight discomfort getting up and down from some of my incision sites but very mild discomfort. That's about it!
  2. Yes I've tried like every isopure flavor. And even tried putting a crystal light packet in a couple. I can get it down but the after taste is soooooo gross!! I gave up on them
  3. I'm an addict. Hands down! I love food. I'm actually proud of myself for not actually giving in, even if I know it will get me sick.
  4. Omg in the hospital mine smelled so strong and horrible!! It was going in about 3 days.

  7. I just got the sample packets and I used the whole pack. Threw it in the vitamix with some ice and Water and a little soy milk. Yumm

  10. I'm 8 days out. I'm on a liquid diet and just want to chew a little bit! They highlight of my days are the 2 chewable flinstone vitamins I get. Lol!
  11. Hey Nicole, I'm Nicole too . My fav was Chike. I think you have to get it online. It's in a powder form. Another one I like they sell at target and wegmans. It's pre-made called EAS advantedge 17 G protein 3 net carbs and 110 cal. Other people on here recommend shakes from SAMs. I'm not sure what they are called but they seem highly recommended.   13. I play video games too if I'm super upset. Get a big jug of water. Don't eat the fast food. Don't let it win. You will feel horrible and regret it. Try to take control of yourself. Support sent!!

  16. It is! Im going to give it another try since I'm only a week out but it was nasty!
  17. Im 32 also. I was sleeved on march 26. I'm worried I'm drinking too much! Im so scared of getting dehydrated. I'll take tiny sips all day. Then sometimes I forget I have a smaller stomach and I gulp! Ugh. So far I haven't thrown up at all so I'm thankful of that!
  18. There is a good scar cream called mederma scar cream. You might want to try it.
