  1. Do you drink the whole thing ? Cause I drink 4 oz of premier and it only have 10.9 gram of protein I have to drink it 3 times to get 30 grams
  2. I am not trying to be funny but I think you are either confused with what your surgeon is telling you or maybe you had a different surgery cause what you are telling us is not scientifically possible
