Evolving, I did not track as I should have until weight loss began to slow down but my doctor suggests 70 g of Protein and 70 g of carbs

Thanks!! Well, I drank a lot of fat free milk to keep my Protein levels up until I could eat and hold enough solid protein. Now I miss my milk but had to cut back because was taking in too many carbs and my body has been stalling a bit lately. Learn to love grilled fish, shrimp, scallops lol! I go to a local Mexican restaurant and order something called fajita del mar that has grilled grouper, scallops, and shrimp with grilled vegetables. I give away fajitas, Beans, rice and the grilled portion lasts me about 3 days! Great way to eat healthy protein with low carbs! I am active but have not done well with a scheduled workout program- but work 2 jobs so pretty active:) I feel so much better and am thankful I was able to have WLS!

Life gets in the way
I found myself indulging on a few unhealthy options- although lower amounts- which caused a stall but luckily no major regain. Just have to jump back on the wagon again with low carbs and high Protein and get back to the race! I am about 10 months out and 17 lbs away from my initial goal and 32 from my doctors goal according to bmi chart. We shall see:) anything lower than my goal if 135 will be a bonus! If I get to 120- my doctors goal I will have lost 125 lbs.. Right now -92 lbs and 152 lbs.

I teach middle school and have given my clothes to the family resource center. I have one student that has worn something of mine at least 3-4 days a week since winter- the student did not have one pair of pants to fit her and is so proud of her "new to her" clothes. So when you are cleaning stuff out, remember the local schools

You WILL get there!! I have had many stalls and drops, your body has to adjust to changes. Don't be so hard on yourself- you have had an amazing loss so far!!
