  7. I'm having a tummy tuck and breast lift on Monday morning. I wasn't this scared for my sleeve surgery. I think I'm more worried about the recovery. I can't imagine coming home with a catheter and drains. Should be interesting. Just trying to keep my eye on the prize. This is the last step on the body transformation journey I've been on since December 2012. I've lost the weight and now this will help me feel good about my appearance. Positive thoughts...the best is yet to come. ????
  8. I'm just 2 shorts weeks from my scheduled tummy tuck. I'm making a last ditch effort to weight train (arms) and build my stomach muscles. The surgeon wasn't sure how much muscle I had and the condition of them after a C-section and VSG. Has anyone worked extra hard before their TT to build muscle and do you think it helped? Any advice on things I should wear after (sports bra) and things I should have in the house? Thanks for any guidance.

Keep your chin up, you are doing great. Remember exercise is the best stress reliever. How awesome your are down inches. I have been losing weight very slowly and have been frustrated. Today I tried on size 18 and they fit!!! This means inches vs pounds. Keep your nose to the grindstone, it will work!
