  1. I was sleeved 4/23. I had a hiatal hernia and my gallbladder removed. I took 3 weeks off, but could have easily returned to work by week two. In no rush, rest and adapting to my new diet is critical to me at this point. Good luck on your journey!

    How long does the hair loss phase last, I'm sure it's different for everyone. Would love to hear your stories. It does grow back, right?! I love my hair
  4. I had my first follow up appointment today (sleeved 4/23) my surgeon cleared me for wine in one month, I'm excited!
  5. I never had a drainage tube, if I did, they removed it while I was still out. Are you sure you're going to have one?

  8. I was sleeved 4/23 as well. No major complications. I also found out my surgeon had to correct a hiatal hernia and remove my gallbladder. I return to work next Thursday. I am finding it difficult to get my protein in, water too. Down 15 lbs since the day of surgery, first follow up appointment is tomorrow. 12 lbs to go and I'll be in one-derland!

  16. I was sleeved on 4/23, I'm a few days shy of the puréed stage. I decided to have a few bites of shrimp, I chewed small bites until it felt puréed. 5 minutes later, I threw it all up. 1. I'll take this as a lesson (hope you're not too hard on me) 2. Now I'm worried, did I cause any damage by throwing up? Help
