Today I feel great, I have lost 81 pounds counting 10 pounds before surgery. It has been 5 months. I have still alot of work though, but feeling blessed for what I have lost!

Today makes me 1 month out from my surgery! It's hard to believe. Since Surgery I have now lost 28 pounds. On my way to a whole new Me!

I got my staples out today, and it has made a huge difference with the soreness. I lost 9 pounds!

I went for my pre-op today!!!! Although I am very excited but, I am still some scared... it seemed like the Pre-op helped to calm the fears. I was happy that I am at least starting 10 lbs less than on my first visit.
