I just tested positive to celiac, 4 days gluten free down 4 lbs, I haven't lost in months. This isn't a cure all, I don't regret my sleeve at all. I just had to figure out my body to get the result I dreamed of!

I had read that you need to make a big deficiency, I don't think I could eat enough to warrant a deficiency, I barely get near 1000 a day. Because I have to completely change the way I cook I won't be taking this on any time soon. Good luck to you, I'll be watching to see the success you have!

I'm 6 months out, I haven't lost in 3 months but I just found out I have celiac disease so I think I'm needing to figure that out before I try the 5:2. I also read you need to eat many more calories then I can consume.
