I am 6 pounds and 7 weeks away from 100 pounds. My first BIG GOAL, so exciting!!
Although my UGW (ultimate goal weight) would be to add another 30-35 pounds to that, I am not complaining and could live the rest of my life happy with the 100 pound loss.

Thank-you so much. To be perfectly honest I have some perks which have allowed me have a less stressful process. I think it's kinda depends on each persons body.

Hello everyone!!! It's been awhile since I posted anything on here. Things didn't go like I imagined they would.... had a lot of problems , but now finally on the mend. To date I have lost a total of 77 lbs , went from a size 22 to a comfortable 14.... Not at the size I was hoping for being 7 months out , but I'll take it!!! Just now able to tolerate food. I'm taking in 600 calories a day , which got me is good . Glad everyone is doing so well.
do you mind telling us what happened?

My head hunger is out of control!!! The past 5 months was no big deal if I gave into it because I was limited to 2-3 bites. Now, if I want ice cream, or burger or whatever.....I can finish it all. I've lost 75 lbs, but I want to lose another 50. How can I do it eating normal amounts????
-
1-2 lbs per week sounds good! Most ppl wish they could hit that number. How far in are you? I am 5 months in and hit the half way mark of my goal this morning. That gives me another 7-13 months to do it

No, not decaf....I should have been more clear. Could it be the caffeine?

I've been playing up & down with the same pound for 2 weeks. The only thing different in my life is the cup of coffee I allow myself in the mornings. Do you think one cup of coffee could make that much difference?

That is exactly what I'm going through with my Dad & Father in law. Even my closest friends are saying things like that. It makes me feel alone. I feel like when I am sick, I won't be able to let them know cause I sure don't want to hear a told ya so. My surgery is Tue, 22nd & I'm so scared I'm making a bad choice.
Its your journey, not theirs. Its your body, not theirs. Its your happiness, not theirs.
Remember you are never alone. I considered this surgery for over a year, I read lots from experienced patients and I prayed. And I did NOT consider any input from "well meaning" friends or family. Best wishes to you LovinMe!!

November was my 3 year anniversary. I managed to maintain the weight fairly well, only gaining back 10 pounds. The problem is the alcohol consumption. I eat Breakfast and lunch, usually healthy. But dinner consists of beer, wine or vodka. Sucks!
